Who We Are

Attorneys For Education Rights was formed in 2019 by a group of attorneys who represent parents of students with disabilities, seeking to improve educational outcomes for children in Washington state.

AFER is committed to the advancement of education rights for students with disabilities. AFER advocates for legislative and policy change, assists members with their practice of education law, and increases public awareness of education civil rights.
