AFER opposes SB 5735

During the 2022 legislative session, a bill was introduced proposing to count “asynchronous” instruction as instructional time for the required program of basic education a Washington student is entitled to. AFER sent a response to the Senate Early Learning and K-12 Education Committee opposing this bill.
