AFER files amicus brief in school funding case

AFER filed an amicus brief in Washington state supreme court case Wahkiakum School District v. State of Washington, supporting the right of students to receive fully funded facilities as part of a basic education. AFER calls attention to the fact that inclusion for students with disabilities means safe, accessible buildings and space for essential services.
